Ani Mini SPIN WASH Spray Gun Washing System

The Mini SPIN WASH is a washing station built entirely of stainless steel that allows you to clean various types of spray guns:

• Gun with gravity cup
• Gun with disposable cup

The Mini SPIN WASH is suitable for all types of paint, thanks to two separate cleaning stations: one for water-based paints and one for solvent-based paints. It is equipped with rotating brushes and an innovative Venturi system that nebulizes the solvent or water at low pressure (max. 5 bar), making the machine extremely efficient with minimal consumption of cleaning product. Paint residues are recovered in recycling containers located at the base of the machine.

The entire brush washing and rotation system is completely pneumatic – the machine has no electrical components or pumps, is easy to clean and requires minimal maintenance. The working pressure is regulated by the built-in reducer. Thanks to its compact size, the Mini SPIN WASH fits easily into the paint booth and can be fixed to the wall using the pre-arranged holes. Equipped with 80 mm smoke extraction chimney, to be connected to the cabin extraction system.
