2. Information about products
The information relating to the Products owned by P.R.P. by Nesca M.Lucia & C. S.A.S. susceptible of distance selling through the Site are available, with the relevant product codes, on the Site.

3. Price
The prices of the products are inclusive of any taxes and duties. All prices are expressed in Euros or USD.

4. Order of Products
The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are shown in the offer for each Product.
To purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send to P.R.P. by Nesca M.Lucia & C. S.A.S. the order form in electronic format, following the instructions on the Site. The Customer must put the Product in the appropriate "cart" and, after having read the General Conditions, with particular reference to the contribution for delivery costs and to the how to exercise the right of withdrawal, and to the Privacy Policy, must select the method of payment (PayPal & Credit Cards, Bank Transfer) and choose the "confirm order" option.
Before submitting your purchase order, the customer will have the opportunity to correct any errors in data entry by following the appropriate modification procedure contained on the site. P.R.P. by Nesca M.Lucia & C. S.A.S. reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. P.R.P. by Nesca M.Lucia & C. S.A.S. will notify the Customer of the impossibility of accepting orders received within 48 hours from the working day following the day on which the Customer transmitted the order to P.R.P. by Nesca M.Lucia & C. S.A.S. and will refund any sums already paid by the customer for the payment of the supply.

5. Method of payment
P.R.P. by Nesca M.Lucia & C. S.A.S. accepts payments made in the following way:
- Immediate payment with PayPal account without additional costs
- Immediate payment by credit card, via Paypal, without additional costs: Paypal protects the Customer's credit card number with an encrypted system.
- Payment by bank transfer

6. Confirmation of receipt of the order

The Customer receives, at the time of the execution of the contract, by e-mail, the confirmation of receipt of the purchase order.

7. Transport and delivery
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer by courier (more info on Shipping Terms). In any case, the Customer has the right to request the delivery of the products to a natural person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is within the authorized countries. Upon delivery, the signature of an adult over the age of 18 will be required. No deliveries will be made to PO boxes.
For each order placed on the site, P.R.P. by Nesca M.Lucia & C. S.A.S. will issue a tax receipt / invoice for the goods shipped. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order will prevail. No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are clearly highlighted in the order form.
Shipping costs vary according to the place of delivery.
All purchases will be delivered by courier, with standard service and without delivery notice, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays.
P.R.P. by Nesca M.Lucia & C. S.A.S. is not responsible for unpredictable delays.
P.R.P. by Nesca M.Lucia & C. S.A.S. will update the status of the order on its website, the status of the shipment through the tracking number on the Courier website.
Shipments are made within 1/2 working days and deliveries within the terms established by the place of destination and the courier.
For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the customer or his representative is required at the address of the recipient indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or unaltered. Any damage to the package and / or the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately contested by means of a written control reservation on the proof of delivery of the Courier. Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer cannot make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the package delivered.

In case of return to our headquarters of the package and storage for storage at the courier, the return costs and the storage costs that the courier charges us will be charged.
If for reasons not dependent on our will you have been made unavailable at the time of delivery, you can contact the courier's office and agree for a subsequent delivery or collection at the courier's office.
P.R.P. by Nesca M.Lucia & C. S.A.S. it is not economically responsible for parcels left in stock at the Courier.
The customer who has not been able to agree with the headquarters of his city an agreement for a second delivery, or the collection at the headquarters of the Courier, assumes the responsibility to bring the shipment to a successful conclusion.
If the courier delivers the package to us for failure to collect it from the customer, P.R.P. by Nesca M.Lucia & C. S.A.S. will contact the customer for a possible return and asking for reimbursement of any storage costs as well as for the shipping costs incurred (return to P.R.P. of Nesca M.Lucia & C. S.A.S.) and for those to be borne (return to the customer). If the customer does not intend to fulfill the payment of the expenses faced by P.R.P. by Nesca M.Lucia & C. S.A.S. or did not get in touch so that to agree, or following our email requesting a refund for the costs incurred, did not respond within a reasonable period of time of 7 (seven) days, P.R.P. by Nesca M.Lucia & C. 9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law in force at the time of the contract.
For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and / or execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the Lecce forum (Italy).
The language used for arbitrage is Italian.
