Fast cleaning system for spray guns

SATA clean RCS is a compressed air operated cleaning system for the intermediate cleaning of spray guns, right in the spray booth. It allows one or more consecutive colour changes with very short work interruptions, saving painters time while increasing both productivity and cost-efficiency of the process.

Features

• Quick and safe colour changes using multi-purpose cups (such as SATA RPS), even with critical colour changes, e.g. black and white;
• No need to disconnect the spray gun or adjust the inlet pressure: pressure adjusts automatically when switching between "Spraying" and "Cleaning";
• Increased cost-efficiency through optimised work processes and booth utilisation;
• Thorough cleaning of the material passage and the air nozzle;
• Universal: suitable for water-based and solvent-based coating systems.
