Over time and with use, the nozzle is the component of a spray gun that most needs periodic replacement to maintain optimal performance. This genuine SATA replacement nozzle, compatible with the SATAjet 1000 B/S spray gun family, is available in a wide range of sizes and special variants, designed to meet every specific application need: from standard painting to adhesive application, up to the most dense and viscous materials.

Technology: which one to choose?

• RP (the extra-fast one): optimised high-pressure technology, for maximum working speed, with transfer rates compliant with VOC regulations;
• HVLP (the extra-efficient one): low-pressure technology, for particularly high material transfer rates.

Nozzle variant: which one to choose?

• Standard: the classic nozzle for general use with water-based or solvent-based paints and coatings;
• DA (1.3 mm): nozzle specific for processing dispersion (water-based) adhesives;
• DRALL (1.6 mm): vortex nozzle with round spray pattern, specifically designed for solvent-based adhesives;
• HV (2.5 and 3.0 mm): nozzle with shortened horns for high-viscosity materials, reduces dirt build-up on the air cap while maintaining a consistent spray pattern;
• Extended life (1.6 mm): nozzle with treated surface for extended durability over time, recommended for intensive use or particularly abrasive materials.
